The first steps in seeking counseling and a counselor you are comfortable with can be challenging and I want to help you with the process. In our work together we can explore what are the true concerns that have brought you to this point and what you can do to improve and feel better. I believe in a collaborative and strength-based approach to therapy by helping individuals discover their talents and strengths and applying them towards their goals. I have worked with many individuals helping them integrate body, mind and spirit and utilize the therapeutic approach best suited to you. From psychodynamic processing, cognitive behavioral approaches and EMDR, I have been able to implement successful outcomes for many individuals and will work with you in understanding your individual concerns.
