Dr. RoseMary Cairo has been a licensed therapist for over 20 years, and during this time she received her doctorate in Counselor Education and Supervision. She is an adjunct professor at Northwestern University and Adler University, and is in a full-time practice at 360 Therapy in Schaumburg, IL. Dr. Cairo has advanced training in the areas of couples & family therapy, sex therapy, human sexuality, maladaptive behaviors, self-exploration and spiritual development.

Dr. Cairo strives to create a warm and safe environment for those who are looking to strengthen their lives and relationships emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. As a relationship therapist, Dr. Cairo is passionate about helping to navigate the typical stressors of marriage and (co)parenting, as well as working through the challenges of intimacy, infidelity, grief and divorce. Whether you are dissatisfied in your relationship(s), undergoing a life transition, or just feeling down as a result of life’s ebbs and flows, she is passionate about helping her clients process these experiences more deeply, feel challenged yet nurtured in the therapeutic relationship and ultimately find relief in reaching personal goals.
